We accept payments through our PayPal & Card payments gateway in GBP only.

Card refund policy

You may cancel a payment to us made through PayPal & Card payments within 14 days of placing the order by sending an email quoting your order number, or by providing the payment date and the name of the person who made the payment. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to place the order once any goods received from Save Direct UK Limited are returned to us in good ‘as supplied’ condition. Carriage and return carriage, where applicable, will not be refunded.

Card refund policy

You may cancel a payment to us made through Worldpay within fourteen days of making the order by sending an email quoting your order number or by quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order, once any goods that have been received from Clean Supply Limited are returned to us in good ‘as supplied’ condition. Carriage and return carriage, where applicable, will not be refunded.
